Yes, we ship internationally via express courier (typically FedEx). Shipments within the USA and Canada are typically delivered overnight. For Europe, Asia, and other international regions, delivery normally takes 3–5 business days.

Biomatik works primarily with FedEx for shipping, but we can also work with UPS or DHL upon request. For larger shipments (e.g., on skids or over 75 kg), we may use air cargo service forwarders. Unless otherwise specified, Biomatik will determine the most suitable and cost-effective shipping method.

Some products under Biochemicals (indicated with "HAZ") are classified as hazardous; therefore, DG handling is required. Proper packaging, labeling, and documentation are crucial to comply with safety standards and prevent accidents during transit. All orders containing dangerous goods will require manual review before processing to determine the best shipping method and the corresponding DG handling charge.

All our products are shipped either at ambient temperature or with ice packs, depending on the required storage conditions.
