This powerful tool combines our proprietary optimization algorithm and synthetic DNA technologies to achieve the highest possible expression level in any given host system. 

What is Gene Synthesis?

What vectors are available for cloning?
We offer a wide selection of over 120 vectors for cloning. Genes are typically delivered in a standard cloning vector, but we can subclone into your preferred vector upon request.

How is the gene delivered?
Each order includes plasmid preparation, providing 4µg of lyophilized plasmid DNA containing your synthetic gene insert. Additional quantities or alternative formats can be arranged if required.

What quality control measures are in place?
All genes undergo full sequence verification by Sanger sequencing to ensure 100% accuracy. A detailed QA report is provided with every delivery.

Can Biomatik handle complex or GC-rich sequences?
Yes, as a flexible gene synthesis CRO, we have extensive experience synthesizing difficult constructs, including GC-rich sequences and repetitive regions.
