Job description:
The customer service representative (CSR) is responsible for handling inbound customer inquiries including technical support, price quotes, sales follow-up, order processing, and after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction. Furthermore, CSR engages in inside sales activities to grow sales with existing customers while prospecting for new customers. CSR reports to the Team Lead/manager.
As a qualified CSR at Biomatik, you are expected to respond effectively and promptly to customer inquiries with a good understanding of product knowledge and demonstrate a can-do attitude and effective closing skills to meet customer satisfaction and sales goals.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound customer inquiries effectively and promptly.
- Prepare price quotations. Understand and clarify customer requirements, and recommend specific products or services based on the customer's needs as part of the quotation preparation process.
- Follow up with customers on sales opportunities and close sales.
- Process orders and prepare purchase orders.
- Provide after-sales support, including order updates, troubleshooting, complaints, and billing questions.
- Engage in inside sales to grow sales with existing customers while prospecting for new customers.
- Follow company policies and workflow procedures.

Job description:
The Account Manager takes full responsibility for the daily operation of customer service functions with a focus on technical support and inside sales to achieve sales growth objectives. Furthermore, Account Manager engages in inside sales activities to grow sales with existing customers while prospecting for new customers. Account Manager helps train and coach co-workers, and reports to the Team Lead/manager.

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Growth Marketing Specialist to join our team!

Primary Responsibilities:
- Stay up to date with all digital and SEO technologies and adjust strategies and tactics to ensure market leadership online.

Job description:
The Operations Associate supports the daily operations of Biomatik including but not limited to shipping and receiving, order processing and fulfillment. The Operations Associate communicates and collaborates with internal and external stakeholders such as suppliers, vendors, customers, and managers. Additionally, they resolve issues or complaints related to inventory, orders, deliveries, or payments.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming shipments (unpack, verify products, and record).
- Ship orders to customers in a timely manner by following workflow SOPs.
- Process and verify orders, invoices, and payments.
- Maintain and track product inventory.
- Maintain and purchase shipping supplies.
- Work closely with the Customer Service Team for related customer inquiries.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager.
- Monitor operational performance and maximize productivity. Identify areas for improvement and recommend process enhancements.
- Actively participate in teamwork, team activities, and workflow improvements with a "can-do" attitude.
